V-ring roller for front PTO an agricultural tractor.
The manufacturer of LUPUS rollers offers a front V-ring roller fi 600 (photo in the film) equipped with a beam with scrapers and a hydraulic spear. There are 20 roofs (angle bars bent to a diameter of fi 600 mm) welded on a 100×100 profile.
This roller is designed for most types of soil, the harrows – scrapers prevent clogging and its design allows for proper penetration of crop residue and soil. The tine moulds itself into the soil and creates so-called “grooves” in which moisture is retained resulting in significant growth and subsequent crop yield . Weight is 620 kg without tine and 820 kg with tine, power requirement from 70 hp, capacity 2.5-3 ha/h.
Another advantage is the versatility of the frame of our rollers, as we can use as many as 16 different rollers on the same frame, which creates as many as 16 different machine configurations that we can adapt to the individual needs of our farmers and the variety of land they own..
