The 400 mm Tandem Toothed-String Roller, mounted on the tractor’s front linkage, is an excellent tool for preparing light, medium, and moderately cohesive soils. Systematic cultivation of the top layer limits the formation of empty spaces and creates a perfect seedbed for cereals. Thanks to its compact design, it achieves a work rate of 2.5 to 3 ha/h.
Double efficiency: Toothed and flat bar roller
The combination of two rows of rollers provides more intensive clod crushing and better machine stability than using a single roller. The first to contact the soil is the aggressive toothed roller with serrated edges, which is characterized by high efficiency in deep clod fragmentation. Directly behind it operates the flat bar string roller, which smoothly levels and finishes the top layer of the field.
Front linkage operation – tractor stabilization
Mounting the machine on the front of the tractor allows for simultaneous work with a seeder placed at the rear, which drastically reduces fuel consumption and the number of passes, preventing excessive soil compaction. Additionally, the weight of the machine mounted on the front puts pressure on the front axle, acting as an active ballast that increases traction and improves steering.
