Hydraulic Folding Front Roller for Tractor Front Linkage.

Front linkage rollers are recommended for soil consolidation and leveling before or during seeding. The use of cultivation rollers also promotes soil moisture retention and improves its structure.

We produce hydraulic folding front rollers in widths of 4.0 m / 5.0 m / 6.0 m. We are able to adapt the machine width to your requirements.

We produce front rollers on Crosskill rings, Cambridge rings, V-ring rollers, and knife rollers.

Basic specification: Hydraulic folding and unfolding, latch locks, LED lighting, universal frame (possibility of changing rings).

The machine consists of two rows of Crosskill rings with a diameter of 510 mm. Cast iron Crosskill rings with a diameter of 510 mm are arranged alternately in a tandem system to prevent clogging. We do not need a scraper bar in this case. This type of roller is most often used for crushing soil clods. The soil after cultivation with such a roller is very well consolidated and perfectly prepared for planting.

Knife roller 4.0 – 6.0 m

The LUPUS front linkage knife roller for cover crops is built of two cutting rotors with a diameter of Ø 380 mm. Each of the rotors consists of six segments on which cutting knives made of 8 mm Hardox are mounted. Standard equipment includes sheet metal roller guards.
