The LUPUS Heavy Compact Seedbed Cultivator 3.0m is designed for farmers who do not accept half-measures. With an impressive weight of 2100 kg, the machine forces passive soil penetration, ensuring stability even in dry and hard soil conditions where lighter cultivators fail.

The innovation of this cultivator lies in its unique levelling system and massive S355 steel frame. Combining three levelling boards with a 14 SX tine section guarantees full soil undercutting across the entire working width and a perfect field structure in just one pass. It is an investment in fuel and time savings while maintaining the highest quality of pre-sowing cultivation.

Triple-Level Levelling System – A Perfect Seedbed

The cultivator is equipped with three stages of terrain levelling, eliminating the need for additional passes:

Front crossboard: Spring-loaded, with angle and height adjustment. Shatters the largest clods after ploughing.
Middle levelling bar: Gravity-based, stabilizes the soil level immediately after the SX tines section.
Rear press board: Spring-loaded, levels the soil profile just before the final consolidation by the roller.

Cultivation Section with SX Tines – Full Undercutting

The heart of the machine consists of 14 SX spring tines equipped with wide duckfoot shares (260×6 mm). This arrangement guarantees that the soil is fully undercut across the entire 3.0 m width, preventing the formation of uncultivated “strips”. The solid seating of the tines in 2 or 3 rows ensures optimal flow of crop residues without the risk of blockage, even with a large amount of biomass.

Heavy-Duty Frame and Roller Setup

The load-bearing structure is based on a 100x100x8 mm profile made of S355 steel. A unique solution is the bolted headstock, which eliminates welding stress in the most heavily loaded points. The final field finish is provided by the front string roller (400 mm) and the rear Tandem Crosskill roller. This dual setup ensures intense crushing and soil consolidation, restoring capillary rise necessary for fast and even emergence.
