1. PHYSICS WORKS. GRAVITY DOES THE JOB.
To cultivate heavy, dry soil effectively, a machine needs mass.
While many manufacturers reduce steel thickness to cut costs, we do the opposite. We use weight to ensure passive penetration without overloading the tractor’s hydraulics.
- Material: S355 Certified Steel exclusively.
- Structure: Thick-walled profiles (e.g., 100x100x8mm or 200x100x10mm).
- Result: Our machines are on average 15-20% heavier than standard market offers.
2. QUALITY IS A SEQUENCE OF STEPS.
Quality isn’t an accident. It’s a precise manufacturing process.
We cut steel using modern fiber lasers. This ensures that every hole and every connection fits perfectly to 0.1mm. No “hammering” during assembly.
Before painting, every element is shot-blasted to raw metal. Then we apply industrial-grade powder coating. This provides extreme resistance to corrosion.
We use high-tech polymer bushings in critical points. We know you want to work, not grease the machine.
3. SMART ENGINEERING. THE POWER FUSE.
Farming conditions change. Sometimes it’s too dry, or your tractor struggles.
With LUPUS, you are not stuck.
- Modular Design: Our 3.0m frames are designed to be scalable. You can unbolt the side sections to reduce working width to 2.5m in 15 minutes.
- The “Power Fuse”: Think of it as an insurance policy. If the soil is too hard for your tractor to pull 3.0m, you don’t need a new tractor. You just adapt the machine.
4. HEAVY DUTY IS NOT JUST A SLOGAN.
Most manufacturers design machines to be “light enough to transport”. We design machines to be “heavy enough to work”.
