The DAMA superstructure seeder is part of the mechanical overhead seeder segment, which is the result of combining the experience of MASCHIO rotary harrows and GASPARDO in the field of row seeders for cereals. Based on a fixed suspension-type frame for compactness and efficiency, it is available in 3 m versions, ideal for sowing main cereals for tractors from 130 to 200 hp.

With a maximum capacity of 650 litres, the large hopper, which extends with a suitable extension, offers the possibility of subdivision thanks to customised internal baffles that allow seeding even in special conditions such as uneven or hilly terrain.
Mechanical or electric ISOTRONIC transmission
For larger technological needs, the DAMA PLUS ISOTRONIC version with electric transmission and ISOBUS communication system, allows digital control of the seed drill and the use of all Precision Farming functions. In both cases, there is a choice of different types of metering rollers to enable the correct distribution of both small and large seeds.
High-quality sowing
Accurate seed placement is ensured by the different coulter types available in two rows: foot, double Corex disc, double Corex Plus disc and single disc. Finally, the telescopic seed-covering rear harrow, which follows the undulations of the soil, moves the residues that have previously been displaced by the sowing element.
GASPARDO STEPLESS TRANSMISSION
A triple cam gearbox in an oil bath, located on the side of the machine, transmits movement from the drive wheel to the distribution line. The spreading population can be varied from the gearbox by acting on an adjustment lever calibrated on a continuous scale from 1 to 55.
CLOSING BLADES
The nozzle closure blades has three positions to regulate the amount of seed coming out of the hopper.
DOSING ROLLERS
Depending on the size of the seed, the most suitable type of tine metering roller should be selected. As the seed calibre increases, the tooth size increases.
COREX double plate
Particularly suitable for loose, sandy or peaty soils. The concave geometry of the discs guarantees an even sowing depth, avoiding sinking or creating aggressive furrows.
