Semi-mounted disc harrows are machines designed for difficult tasks. They allow intensive and fast stubble cultivation. They are efficient with low fuel consumption. BTP harrows are excellent for stubble cultivation with large quantities of crop residues, as well as for restoring fallow land.
Thanks to the integrated chassis, where the transport axle is centrally positioned (between the second disc section and the roller), the machine achieves an optimum weight distribution coefficient and shows exceptional agility when turning in the field.
The chassis is equipped with hydraulic accumulators for exceptional driving comfort even on uneven ground. Safe driving on roads at high speeds is supported by an air brake system
The time the operator has to spend on daily maintenance of the set has been reduced to a minimum. You can forget about greasing bearings. Our disc harrows are fitted as standard with maintenance-free hubs, at the heart of which are bearings identical to those used in the automotive industry. The entire system is protected by cartridge seals, the most effective in tough field conditions.
The wheels on the right and left working sections control the maintenance of the optimum working depth of the discs under the given conditions. They smoothly guide the discs to the set depth.
The angle of attack and the angle of undercut of the discs, which are suitable for high working speeds, enable the user to achieve the fullest possible mixing of crop residues with the soil with the disc row spacing increased to 78 cm. It’s not the machine that determines what you can do! You set the limits!
The best effect of crushing the soil and levelling it on the surface is achieved by the rake, a design modelled on levelling spears. Flat, wide plates operating on flexible tines are set in a single-section arrangement. After one working pass, the soil is prepared for sowing. Precise stepless adjustment of the position relative to the rear roller of the entire section is possible using four adjusting cranks.

We are a manufacturer and distributor of agricultural machinery. We have been operating in the agricultural sector since 2008. You can see the machines at our yard in Ciechanow at Mleczarska 6. We have our own transport, so there is no problem with transporting the machine to the other end of Poland.
We also organize international transport, the cost of international transport is calculated individually.
