The LUPUS disc harrow is of robust construction.

The frame of the machine is made of S355 hard steel with numerous approvals and quality certificates. Numerous reinforcements in the form of sheet metal reinforcing triangles have been applied to the frame. As the machine carries very heavy loads, the turret has also been designed to be bolted down and very robust, while also having a unique design. V-shaped lashings with reinforcements on the sides and a coupling plate on top. All pins and bolts have anti-twist locks.

560 mm discs with optimum spacing of 100 cm.

Large 560 mm diameter discs – The LUPUS disc harrow is equipped with 560 mm diameter discs to ensure thorough and even loosening of the soil. The large discs enable plant residues to be effectively mixed with the soil and for soil clods to be broken up effectively.

Optimum disc spacing of 100 cm – The disc spacing of 100 cm allows for excellent soil surface coverage, increasing work efficiency. The wide disc spacing guarantees better soil penetration and reduced soil compaction, resulting in better soil structure and higher yields.

Working depth adjustment – LUPUS disc harrow.

The LUPUS disc harrow has a pin-locking system for locking the individual depth positions, allowing the working depth to be adjusted to soil conditions quickly and easily.

Hydraulic depth adjustment (optional) – For even greater convenience, the LUPUS disc harrow offers the option of hydraulic depth adjustment. Thanks to a system based on hydraulic cylinders, the working depth can be conveniently adjusted without leaving the tractor cab.

Maintenance-free hub with cartridge seal (standard)

The maintenance-free hub with cartridge seal ensures excellent sealing and therefore trouble-free operation. No lubrication required for comfort and time saving.

Floating side screens – copying the terrain (standard)

Floating side screens prevent ruts from forming at the junction of passes, increasing comfort and safety. By adjusting their position, the screens perfectly copy the terrain, ensuring even results across the field.

Category 2 and 3 reinforced hitch (standard)

Possibility of combining the machine with tractors equipped with different categories of three-point hitch. The reinforced hitch provides a more solid attachment of the machine to the tractor, which is particularly important for heavy machinery and difficult terrain.

Folding side discs – LUPUS disc harrow. (standard)

The foldable side discs are standard equipment. They guarantee use of the machine’s full working range and safe road transport. The foldable side discs are mechanically folded up for transport.
