The 1.5 disc harrow is designed for use in vineyards and orchards. This harrow is the smallest machine we produce. Its size and weight allow it to be used in places inaccessible to larger machines. We have used the same solutions for the 1.5 disc harrow as for our other harrows, thus maintaining the efficiency and robustness that are the benchmark for the quality of our machines.

Our disc harrows are fitted as standard with maintenance-free hubs, at the heart of which are bearings identical to those used in the automotive industry. The entire system is protected by cartridge seals, the most effective in heavy field conditions.

Each disc is mounted on an individual holder in a system of four rubber shock absorbers. These effectively protect the discs from damage. The shock absorbers also reduce the vibrations transmitted to the machine. Work without fear, without interruption.

Active screens positioned at the edge of both disc sections limit the zone of soil deposition by the outermost discs, preventing the formation of ruts at the crossing joints. In the event of excessive caving or if a large obstacle is encountered, the screen brackets are attached to the frame by means of floating joints, allowing the screens to swing upwards during a collision. So you don’t have to adjust the screen, it will adjust itself to the conditions. In addition, you can adjust its depth and longitudinal position.

The angle of attack and the angle of undercut of the discs, which are suitable for high working speeds, enable the user to achieve the fullest possible mixing of crop residues with the soil with the disc row spacing increased to 78 cm. It’s not the machine that determines what you can do! You set the limits!
