Three variants of Irriland COMFORT irrigators

In our video, we show three variants of the Irriland COMFORT irrigator– a 50mm diameter hose in 200m, 250m and 300m lengths. Each of these models is designed on a robust hot-dip galvanised frame that is corrosion resistant, ensuring durability for years to come. At the heart of the design is a powerful cast iron turbine – water flows at pressures as low as 1.5 atm, allowing the hose to be efficiently reeled in, even over large areas. In addition, the drum on the turntable makes it easier to set the machine in the field, making operation intuitive and precise.

Cabbage field irrigation – an example from the farm

We present the use of the COMFORT model in practice: on a cabbage field, on a farm near Czerwinsk, a irrigator system with a 300 m long hose and a diameter of 50 mm is in operation. When the irrigator terminates irrigation, the lifting system of the transport trolley is automatically activated. Irriland’s self-elevating trolley makes it easy to transport the machine to the next field by automatically switching off in the transport position.

Onion field irrigation – Irriland COMFORT functionality

The Irriland COMFORT irrigation machine can also cope with more delicate crops such as onions. In the onion field, we position the machine parallel to the irrigation lane, stabilise it on the anchor legs and connect the hose to a pond about 150 metres away. Thanks to the metre markings on the hose, we can precisely control the length of unwinding, ensuring even irrigation throughout the field. With onions, we use a 14 mm nozzle, which provides a gentler stream, protecting the plants from being sprayed too heavily.

Adjustable Hidra sprinkler and reel speed control

Irrigator COMFORT is equipped with a Hidra sprinkler with adjustable irrigation angle – replaceable nozzles provide an irrigation radius of 20 to 50 meters. The winding speed is set to 35 m/h, which allows for even and effective irrigation of the onions.
