Aggressive 560 mm Discs with 6 mm Thickness – Guarantee of Reliability and Cutting Power

At LUPUS, we know that machine solidity starts with its key components. That’s why we equip our harrows as standard with discs of above-average 6 mm thickness. This feature ensures immense resistance to cracking and deformation even in the toughest field conditions. The greater mass and stiffness of such a disc guarantee uncompromising penetration and aggressive cutting of compacted soil and hard crop residues. For farmers facing extreme challenges, we optionally offer even more powerful discs with a diameter of 610 mm.

Maintenance-Free Hubs with Cassette Sealing (Standard)

We understand that your time is valuable, and downtime is unacceptable. Therefore, the LUPUS harrow standardly features maintenance-free hubs with cassette sealing, protecting bearings from dust, dirt, and moisture. They require no lubrication, extend service life, and ensure reliability, saving your time and maintenance costs.

Optimal Row Spacing of 100 cm and Large Clearance – Clog-Free Work:

Carriage Lifted Vertically Above the Machine.

Thanks to the vertical lifting of the carriage above the machine, the set is exceptionally short. This facilitates maneuvering on headlands and access roads and significantly improves safety and comfort when driving on public roads – an advantage over the classic trailed disc harrow.

Better Balance and Driving Stability:

The lifted carriage transfers weight to the main axle, evenly distributing the machine’s mass. This means more stable driving – both in transport and on the field.

Increased Working Downforce – Better Soil Penetration:

In the working position, the carriage is lifted above the harrow, so the entire weight of the machine adds downforce to the roller and disc section. The result? The LUPUS semi-mounted disc harrow perfectly penetrates even dry and hard soil – without the “gliding” effect on the surface. The LUPUS hydraulic folding disc harrow offers quick mechanical depth adjustment in the basic version, but for the most demanding users, we have prepared optional hydraulic adjustment. Four cylinders allow smooth and precise adjustment of the working depth without stopping the machine.

Floating Side Screens

Standard-mounted floating side screens precisely follow terrain irregularities. They prevent soil from being thrown outside the working width, guaranteeing a perfectly level field without ridges between passes.
